Built on a greenfield site, this elementary school includes classrooms, a library, gymnasium and administrative offices. It is constructed using pre-cast, hollow-core concrete planks on a structural steel frame, which improve energy efficiency through the retention and circulation of air. Other structural features include load-bearing masonry walls and a cantilevered classroom supported by an exposed steel V column.
