Port Credit Lakeshore Development

This Fram Building Group project included several multiresidential buildings, some that incorporated retail, to revitalize Mississauga’s lakefront. In total the development included 70 and 80 Port Street, The Regatta (at 65 Port Street) and the 22-storey North Shore Condominiums. The site also includes a supportive housing complex for seniors and several restaurants, which were also part of our scope of work. The development sits atop a network of large underground parking garages; structural systems employed were largely cast-in-place concrete.
