Pilot Coffee Expansion

Constructed on the roof of Pilot Coffee Roasters' existing warehouse space, this rectangular addition houses much needed office space for the company. Built with a combination of concrete and structural steel, the new volume features a 67-foot glass wall facing to the south that lets sunlight in and showcases the supporting steel truss.
