Customs and Immigration Building

These administrative offices and vehicle inspection facilities for the Canada Border Services Agency are situated within the plaza on the Canadian side of the Peace Bridge, which spans the Niagara River between Ontario and New York. This project features wood decking on glulam timber purlins and beams supported by steel columns, concrete slab on composite steel deck supported by steel joists, braced steel columns and concrete shear walls, foundations of spread footings for the canopy, and drilled caissons with grade beams for the building.
