Chartwell Headquarters

The new corporate headquarters for Chartwell Retirement Residences is a 3-storey office building with one level of underground parking beneath. The structural system consists of a mix of traditional cast-in-place concrete and BubbleDeck hybrid concrete slabs for longer spans. This elegant and efficient system reduced the volume of structural concrete required by up to 35%, upholding the sustainability values and objectives of this progressive project.
