    An above-average fit-up of a 1980s office building for a social services agency. The finished facilities include a childcare centre, an artists’ studio, an addiction and mental health care clinic, family services and administrative offices, plus a sanctuary named “the longhouse.” The longhouse, constructed within the greater space, employs a form and materiality derived from traditional longhouses, using wood as the sole building material.
